Hi everyone, I hope you all had a lovely weekend. I am delighted to say that this week is 'Wellness Week'. It is so important that we look after ourselves by keeping both our minds and bodies healthy. Have a read of the beautiful Irish seanfhocal (proverb) below! Over the last couple of weeks we have looked at how to keep our minds and bodies healthy with nourishing foods and with movement and exercise. This week we will be looking at areas such as gratitude, self-compassion, kindness and what makes us wonderful.
